4 X 16gb 4060 vs 1 4090

Which configuration is better, approximately cost is same for both the configuration but 1st one i get 64gb of vram. I am planning to use it more for machine learning and build larger models. I am also considering going to 8X 4060 16gb if i can find appropriate motherboard
