BERT Toxic text classification problem, detects cvs but not raw texts

expected shape=(None, 128), found shape=(None, 3)

Why do i get this error when i pass in a single string to predict?

I am trying out a hate speech detection model and it predicts whole datasets but not sentences, it throws this error,
