Best resources for learning LLM /chat GPT.

I am looking for help identifying the best places to start to leverage this technology. I am not a coder and don’t have those skills yet to use an api. Is there an index of software that uses openAIs platform? Is there a place to see what’s legitimate? Are user created tools even open for usage yet? Most article are bullshit on the topic and the platform itself hasn’t been trained on the extent of its capabilities.
