Can anyone suggest a good Cloud Computing service for me?

Kinda new here, so I'm not really knowledgeable on these platforms. I am working on a long-term school project, and I would love to have a "permanent environment" where I can just close the session at any time, and when I reopen it, everything, including my installed libraries, would still be there without having to reinstall. I checked on Paperspace which seemed to fit the description, but they don't accept debit, sadly. Would love to hear some suggestions.
