CPU & GPU requirements to stream 120 rtsp camera streams and apply YoloV8

For a project I'm going to stream camera's to on-prem gpu servers, apply a yolov8 model, then stream the bounding boxes to Azure cloud. The issue is that I need to order all the hardware at once, they want this setup asap, so difficult to test. These are the requirements:
* 120 camera's streaming rtsp at 1920x1080 at 25fps
* encoded in h264 (4Mbits/s)
* yolov8 medium (or small) size model applied in Python
