I’m a PhD candidate working with Vision Transformers (ViT) + CNNs for segmentation from DICOM images. I started with Google Colab and tried other cloud based providers, but always get stuck with insufficient storage or system RAM.

Datasets may exceed 1Tb in size, and I need a lot of CPU and RAM as well for preprocessing the raw files. Ended up trying to run stuff locally and it works fine, but my GPU is too slow (and only 6Gb), so …
