[D] Have there been any good comparisons of machine learning on a 4080 vs a 7900XTX?

CUDA has for a long time been the way to go, but I have heard that ROCm has really advanced recently. I'm not sure if I've been looking in the wrong places, but I cannot find any sort of comparisons between the two cards to see if there is any value in trying an AMD card, instead of NVIDIA.
