[D] How can i get access to "Advanced Machine Learning Specialization" after it was removed from coursera

"Advanced Machine Learning Specialization" has two very interesting courses for me such as "Addressing Large Hadron Collider Challenges by Machine Learning" and practical RL. This specialization is made by HSE University which is russian. BASED ON THAT REASON COURSERA REMOVED IT. I can't understand this decision and i don't agree with it even though i am against the war.
