I stumbled upon a dutch ML researcher Max Welling, and according to his [Google Scholar](https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=8200InoAAAAJ&view_op=list_works&sortby=pubdate) he has co-authored ~500 papers in total and in the past 3 years 130!

How is that even remotely possible? Is it the perk of being head of a department and getting your name on most of the work produced in said department despite not doing a lot of the work going into a publication? Otherwise I genuinely don't see how it can be done...
