[D] How many times you try for acceptance in AI conference?

ICML 2023 was my first trial. I've got polarized scores, 7/6/4/3, and got rejected. At this moment, I was so disappointed not for the result, but for the quality of review. (The last reviewer didn't read the paper at all.) For the final decision, the last review was so bad as well, not presenting any reason of rejection.
