I read about Databricks launching a new general purpose LLM called DBRX. I'm curious as to how it differs from other LLMs (besides being open source)?

Is it designed specifically for businesses or for the public to use, like chatgpt? Or is it like a "chatgpt for businesses" where they can fine tune the open source model to suit their needs?
