**How often do you guys actually need Kubernetes for Machine Learning?**

I ask this because I see it as a **required skillset in more and more job openings.**

I have worked only in early stage start-ups. (Total employee count 10-15)

For everything I have seen getting dedicated servers or instances would be better for training. Typically we would be working on one/two important models and self managing them was simpler.
