[D] Need quick recommendations of ML machine in Chile

In short, my little cousin with partial Tetra-Amelia Syndrome just won a really important Machine Learning competition







I want to gift her a really nice PC with a 4090 or something better (is there something better other than unreachable ML Nvidia cards??)

Thing is she’s moving to Chile and availability is not great there, I have no idea what to do.
And she really hates the gamer aesthetic of most PC, and I can’t build her one due to horrible …
