[D] What would you call annotating dataset using ML

My dataset has 100k data points where 5k have a clear distinction of belonging to one of two classes, while the other 95k are somewhere in the middle. But I know I have enough attributes to annotate the rest of them to one of two classes…How would you describe this issue so that I can find solutions online?
