Do I need a Master's or a PhD to do well in this field?

I am a recent grad from a prestigious US university. I am very interested to pursue my career in computer vision. I have heard its difficult to find jobs in this field as a Master's student since most companies are looking for PhD students. What company hires undergrad in this domain and can I grow in this field? Has anyone in this community joined FAANG or any other prestigious company as an undergrad in this domain?
