How do I start learning NLP?

Hey, My final year project as a software engineering student is based on a mobile app that offers task management services with AI assistance. That means organizing tasks in order of priority, feasibility, and other factors. The problem is that I don't know how to start, but based on some research, I knew that I should Learn NLP.
