How to get better in Computer Vision alone?

I'm working as Computer Vision Engineer and I'm basically training and deploying neural network for image segmentation in autonomus-driving field (robot perception). I'm the only one in the team that is in charge of the NN part, a small team of 3 people as "consultant" or better "body rental" for this company.
