How to work with large dataset as a beginner?

Hi guys, so I have been trying to do a project with the PlantNet 300k dataset to learn about CV. However, the dataset is gigantic, like 31Gb for zipped folder. I wonder what would be a good practice to start loading this data on Colab? I imagine I wouldn’t be able to upload the entire data on it. Thank you!
