Less Weighting to assign to outliers in time series forecasting?

Hi data scientists here,

I've tried to ask my colleagues at work but seems I didn't find the right group of people. We use time series forecasting , specifically Facebook Prophet , to forecast revenue. The revenue is similar to data packages with a telecom provided to customers.
