I am looking for a Large Language Model that is specialized on the Dutch language. Perhaps it already exists as an open source model? I have not found it yet!

Maybe it can be done by fine tuning an existing LLM, such as Llama 2 or Mistral? Finetuning it on a Dutch language corpus. What Dutch language corpus to use in that case? How large does it have to be?
