Model performs poorly on Validation data

I'm trying to train a classification model with resnet50 on 102flowers dataset. I'm able to hit the training accuracy of 80% within 30epochs but my validation accuracy is always around 1%. I've tried data agumentation and various things to reduce this overfitting but nothing is improving the validation accuracy.
I would be really gald if could take a look at this code and give me any suggestions:
