[P] Gradio app for English-to-Nepali translation

Weekend Project: Developed a simple [@gradio](https://twitter.com/Gradio) app to translate from English to Nepali using [@MetaAI](https://twitter.com/MetaAI)'s pretrained NLLB distilled model from [@huggingface](https://twitter.com/huggingface) hub.
