[Self Promotional] Savant 0.2.7 is out: computer vision framework optimized for Nvidia

[Savant](https://github.com/insight-platform/Savant) is an advanced computer vision framework based on Nvidia DeepStream and TensorRT - best-in-class technologies for data center and edge computer vision on Nvidia hardware.

In 0.2.7, Savant received four new demos, and now it includes 26 demos covering detection, classification, segmentation, key points, object tracking, and GANs.

New demos in the 0.2.7 are:

* RT-DETR usage sample;
* CuPy-based in-GPU postprocessing for YOLOV8-Seg;
* Serving PyTorch CUDA Inference in Savant pipeline;
