The Heroku free tier is [going away on November 28](https://techcrunch.com/2022/08/25/heroku-announces-plans-to-eliminate-free-plans-blaming-fraud-and-abuse/), so I'd like to find another way to host dashboards created with Plotly and Dash for free (or for a low cost). I'm trying out Google's Cloud Run service since it offers a free tier, but I'd love to hear what other services people have used to host Plotly and Dash. For instance, has anyone tried hosting Plotly/Dash on Firebase or Render?
