As the title states. I mostly work in python, but this probably also applies to other languages:

Do you use notebooks? If so, how do you deal with embedding limitations?

If not, do you export your annotated video files, or display them in script? How do you avoid having to constantly open/close video files? Any good mediaplayers that help with that?

Or do you try to avoid working with video as long as possible and work on individual frames instead …
