What would you classify my job as? DS, DA, DE, Glorified Excel Monkey

Officially I am a Data Scientist. I try to understand my value or worth outside of the government.

What I don't do:
AI, ML, modeling.

What I do:
Develop new data pipelines,
Data exploration,
Produce data and dashboards from policy and new concepts,
Python, R, SQL, Databricks.
