Which part-time masters for Data Science?

I am deciding the value of doing a part-time masters.

I currently have an 11 month internship in DS/DE role, and I will be graduating with a bachelors and a masters in Chemical Engineering. My math is solid, but obviously lacking in departments like probability and statistics compared to other STEM majors.
