Why would you use tabpy? or why not?

I am currently using python and tableau separately. Most of the ETLs, data wrangling are done in python and some aggregations. Though I also use LODs in tableau and, of course, the viz.

I just learned about this tabpy but I can't see why would you use it. Any tabpy users here? Hope you can give me some tabpy use cases or what is it's best use.
