Will an MSc in Data Science limit me to only DS roles?

I have a bachelor's degree in CS and will be pursuing an MSc in DS. My background is 2 years of SWE Backend experience at a unicorn startup. I chose DS for my masters as I already had a CS degree and wanted to specialise for AI/ML/DE roles. Also the DS degree at my university share a lot of core and optional modules with CS degree plus additional focus on stats and maths.
