Been having trouble finding a starting job in the Netherlands after taking a year off since I graduated from my masters in DS to travel. Applied to 15 jobs so far this month, only 5 replied, had 3 interviews and didnt pass round 1 for all 3 of them. Reasonings: 1. Didn't fit their 'workculture' 2. Not enough experience (was for a newly created position which they didn't specify in the posting) and 3. I didn't explain the function well …
