I wanted to share 3D-vis, an interactive visualization tool I have developed in the past months during my master's thesis focused on Self-Supervised Learning and data analysis applied on images.
**The problem**
I wanted to plot high-dimensional features (output of a custom ViT, around 1024 dims) in a low (2D, 3D) dimensional space, just you would do in Python with matplotlib and plotly, but in an immersive and interactive way. Most of all, without implementation headaches.
