7/4/4/4/2 Neurips reviews no response to rebuttal and desk reject from AAAI what to do?

As the title states, I have a paper that has now been rejected from both Neurips and AAAI and I am uncertain of where to go from here. I have considered submitting to Image and Vision Computing journal due to its fast turnaround time and being a top 20 journals, but maybe there is a conference I am missing.
