A good Translator for Fiction Books - when will there finally be one?

The translation turns out to be word-for-word, but devoid of artistic meaning, emotion and semantic nuance.
I don't enjoy reading after automatic translation, e.g. via deep or google translator.

Maybe there are already some special software tools for full-fledged and high-quality translation of fiction?
