Absolute bare minimum prerequisite to start deep learning

I have a bad habit of getting stuck in the tutorial hell. I always want to master a topic before moving on to the next topic. Hence get frustrated very easily.

Now I want to get out of this hell. I want to learn only the bare minimum math, programming and anything else to get started with DL. And I will keep learning as I go. But I want to get started.
