Advice for starting a computer vision consulting business?

I'm an ML engineer and have been looking to start a computer vision consulting business on the side. I think it's very viable since there seems to be quite a bit of use cases that can be built in-house for companies and a lot of FOSS for CV models. Let me know if you guys have any advice!
