I have started my first job as an ML Scientist (yayyy!) The very fundamental skill one needs to have to succeed in this role is reading research papers effectively.

However, considering the rapid evolution of our field, it can be overwhelming. I'm seeking insights on establishing a systematic literature review process. Currently, I rely on platforms like arxiv sanity and connected papers. Any suggestions on your approach would be helpful.
