AI Image Generator that allows you to input photos to learn from?

I'm just wondering if there were any AI Image Generators that allows you to input photos to learn from. I'm not asking about the thing that a lot of them do where you input a base image & it works off of that, but like one that allows you to add images & tags to those images for the AI to learn from so you can get results closer to what you want.
