Alternatives to Ultralytics YOLOv8 for Real-Time Object Detection and Instance Segmentation Models

I am new to the Computer Vision field and I am coming from Computer Graphics research. I am looking for real-time instance segmentation models that I can use to train on my custom data as an alternative to Ultralytics YOLOv8. Even though their Object Detection and Instance Segmentation models performed well with my data after my custom training, I'm not interested in using Ultralytics YOLOv8 due to their commercial licence terms.
