Amazon.com Inc. today announced that it’s acquiring D. Cloostermans-Huwaert NV, a Belgium-based machinery supplier, to expand its robotics operations. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1884, Cloostermans provides mechanical and electrical engineering services to help organizations design custom machinery.
