Any key papers/tech on CV (from 2021-2023) to keep myself up to date?

Hello everyone, I was working on CV 2 years ago for my master but I found a job to work with time series. So since then I haven't touched CV much and didn't kept myself updated to it...

Back then yolov4 was still a thing and now v8 is out already. and in these 2 years, the tech seems to go very very fast, a bit too fast to catch up. NVIDIA keeps releasing crazy tech every month.
