Any opencourseware to learn graduate level statistics / data science? What are techniques you've learned in school that you barely use, and what are techniques you utilize every day in actual practice as a professional?

I know there's a lot of opencoursewares, but I think in terms of statistics it doesn't go past undergraduate level statistics.
Are there any more resources that I could use to basically replicate what you would learn from a Masters of Statistics or Masters of Data Science degree?
Specifically, is there a resource I can use to learn what practicing data scientists do / use in their everyday career?
