I know this question was asked some time back but at the time the speculation was for a release around 2019 - since then the [book website](https://web.stanford.edu/~jurafsky/slp3/) has been updated with a draft as of January 2022 which includes all but two chapters ('Introduction', and 'Computational Semantics and Semantic Parsing') but the same site has the words

> When will the whole book be finished? Don't ask.

Does anyone have any inside information?
