Anyone remember a recent story about not doing any work at data science jobs?

I remember there was a recent "viral" post from a guy who was a good writer, talking about how he never worked a day when doing data science. He said all his friends were highly educated in the same boat, I think working in the public sector, and just being agreeable and looking busy, but not doing any work.
