Are there any universities that are keeping their courses up to date with transformers and LLMs?

I'm a class of 2021 graduate from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC) in computer science and linguistics, and while I was able to establish many of the foundational skills I need in computational linguistics and learn how to read papers, I never formally learned RNNs, let alone transformers like BERT, T5, and GPT.
