Attempting to implement StyleGAN or ProGAN in tensorflow to generate new Pokemon images [P]

Hello,

I am attempting to make a model that generates new images of pokemon. I would like to do so in Tensorflow and use the architecture of either StyleGAN or ProGAN. Does anyone have an experience in this? I'm not sure where to start exactly. I've tried to understand the papers, but am not making much headway.
