Avenues for publishing AI ethics case studies?

I am a computer science graduate student. As part of my coursework, I am exploring the ethical issues of using Large Language Models for mental healthcare applications. I found four unique examples from the real world and outlined the ethical dilemma within them. I intend to analyze these dilemmas using various ethical frameworks in order to come up with solutions.
