Average Tenure of a DS

I’m a few years into the field and love it. For my own knowledge, what is everyone’s average tenure as a DS at any company/organization?
Less than 2 years? 2-5? Or more than 5 years?

The company I’m at currently doesn’t seem like more than a 2 year opportunity and I’m curious to jump to another company for a different experience. Do you find yourself jumping around for different/diverse experiences?
