Azure, Cloudera, AWS and the rest. Should I bother?

Hey everyone.

I'm currently studying for my Bachelor's Degree in Physics with Biophysics, but eventually I'm aiming to land a job in the field of Data. I never walked the academic path to become Data Scientist/Analytics, but Physics gave me enough knowledge in statistics, probability and bit of computing to be brave enough to venture further.
