Bad time to switch jobs

I recently got a job at a last mile delivery company that specializes in grocery.

This job is exactly the kind of work I want to do and comes with a 35% raise. I currently work at a pretty stable company which I don’t think is at much risk of layoffs.
With the current conditions I’m a little worried in taking this job in tech as I don’t want to get laid off in my first few months.
