Beginner in Deep Learning - Compute not sufficient

I am trying to get into Deep Learning and there is no better way than hands-on. But I lack the computing power, as in my laptop has no GPU. What other options do I have in this case?
Apart from buying a new laptop, please suggest some online ways.
